“Dave Miller was a fantastic instructor. He allowed all members to use their own experience and knowledge and bring it to each topic. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He delivered a fantastic course and he ensured every one had a voice. The activities were helpful and it gave us a chance to think what we would do in a particular situation. He was very organised and would check our well-being often as we were dealing with difficult topics. I really enjoyed this course and know it will be very beneficial for my role.”
