Congratulations to another 13 delegates, who have successfully followed the Youth Mental Health Aware (Online) course on the 19th and 24th June.

Here is a selection on comments received after our two most recent courses:-

“Even though it was only 3 hours long, I felt like I learned so much about mental health and how to support youth facing issues. The instructor was also amazing and made our learning environment a very welcoming and supportive one”

“The course was well structured and the materials used were clear and helpful. The leader was clear, welcoming, kept a good pace, included everyone in participatory activities and valued our contributions”

“Informative, good pace, enjoyable, good breaks, good interaction and tasks!”

“Considering it was run on Zoom, very smoothly run. Thanks!”

“Very clear information given and the opportunity to interact with Dave and the other attendees was really beneficial to me. Thank you for such a great course – I shall be using many of the ideas we talked about in my setting”

“I thought the course was delivered very well. I was apprehensive at taking part in the lengthy Zoom course, but it was extremely useful. Dave managed to engage every member of the group, without making them feel awkward in any way. He was very knowledgeable and articulate in his delivery of the subject. I feel far more confident in my understanding of youth mental health awareness. I feel I could now try and implement this knowledge and strategies in my own school setting”

Our interactive online course has helped delegates to gain useful knowledge and ideas ready to support their young people as many prepare to return to face to face schooling next month.  Congratulation to our delegates for working so well together during “lockdown” and for sharing the benefits of their collective expertise!
The next dates of our public course can be found on our Youth Mental Health Aware Online course page.
Online Youth Mental Health Aware courses can be run for bespoke groups, with preferential rates for group bookings meeting minimum numbers. Please get in touch with us to discuss further. This course is Ideal for schools and youth organisations requiring online Youth Mental Health CPD before pupils return in greater numbers to face to face teaching in schools.
“The course was comprehensive and really well delivered. I feel much more confident in my knowledge and understanding of Mental Health and how I can offer support. Thank you!”

“Great course and very well delivered. Lots of content and good post course advice given.”
