Youth Mental Health Aware Half-Day Course
Our half-day course is an introductory three- hour session to raise awareness of young people’s mental health, aged 8-18.

By the end of this course, participants will be Mental Health Aware and will be able to:
- Define mental health and emotional wellbeing
- Relate to young people’s experiences
- Recognise some signs of mental health distress
- Start a supportive conversation about mental ill-health
- Practise self-care
The course costs just £75 per person.
We limit numbers to 25 people per course so that we can keep people safe and supported while they learn.
You will get a manual to keep and refer to whenever you need it.
When you complete the session, you’ll get a certificate to say you are Youth Mental Health Aware.
